Messaging Automation Outbound SMS/MMS sent via Twilio. Capture inbound responses. Auto-handle keywords: “STOP” → Opt-out immediately. Common queries → Auto-response via ChatGPT. Others → Logged for manual review. 4. Integration with ChatGPT API integration for handling questions & confirmations. Responses routed back via SMS automatically. 5. Basic Logging & Tracking Store message history (outbound + inbound). Download/export logs if required. What we Provides Twilio account (SID, Auth Token, Phone number).
