I need a highly detailed SketchUp (.skp) file for a modern residential building that rises from a stilt parking level through two typical floors and culminates in a penthouse. The model must be accurate enough for presentation and basic quantity take-offs, so every element that would be seen in a walkthrough should be present and properly grouped. Interior details are essential: complete room layouts with walls, floors, ceilings, doors, windows, built-ins, kitchen and bath fixtures, as well as basic lighting objects. On the exterior I want crisp architectural facades that express the modern style—clean glazing lines, sun-shading fins, balcony railings, parapets, and any distinctive cladding patterns. A modest landscape context is also required: boundary walls, driveway ramps leading to the stilt floor, softscape beds, hardscape textures, and two or three feature trees to frame renders. Organise the model with clear tags/layers and scenes so I can isolate structure, interiors, and landscape quickly. Keep polygon counts reasonable for smooth orbiting, and name groups/components logically.
