My wife and I bought a farm in Canicatti, Sicily, we are looking to do the following modifications: 1- change spiral staircase to regular 2- on the first floor bathroom, convert it to 2, divide 2/3, one full bathroom with walk in shower and Japanese toilet (NO) beget door open to master bedroom, half a bathroom sink and Japanese toilet door open to hallway 3- ope wall between kitchen and dinning room foe open concept 4- second floor bathroom cut in 2 full bathrooms, walk in shower, Japanese toilet and sink one open to bedroom the other open to hallway 5- garage space: we like a bathroom and an outdoor Italian style kitchen If you have additional ideas we are open to suggestions
