Key Responsibilities: Product Content Management Prepare and provide detailed product information for 15–20 products: names, descriptions, benefits, ingredients, usage instructions, SKU, pricing, inventory, and compliance documents (COAs, GMP certificates). Organize product variants (size, flavor, pack quantities). Ensure all content is clear, accurate, and conversion-focused. Coordinate with copywriters if needed to create high-quality product descriptions. Branding & Assets Provide and format brand materials: logo, colors, fonts, banners, lifestyle/product images. Ensure assets are ready for the developer to implement on the Shopify store. Product Compliance Verify basic regulatory compliance for supplements in the US and GCC markets, or coordinate with regulatory specialists. Flag any ingredients, labels, or claims that may cause issues. Approvals & Coordination Review Figma designs and Shopify store pages and provide timely, clear feedback. Approve final product uploads, pages, and app integrations. Serve as the main point of contact for the Shopify developer regarding content and revisions. Market Research / Product Selection (Optional) Assist in collecting product trend data, competitor pricing, and demand insights (if market research is outsourced). Provide recommendations for which products to include in the store. Timeline & Task Management Ensure all content, branding, and approvals are delivered according to the Shopify store launch schedule. Track deliverables and coordinate revisions with the developer to avoid delays. Requirements: Proven experience in e-commerce product management, preferably with Shopify. Knowledge of wellness and dietary supplements is a strong plus. Excellent organization and communication skills. Ability to create professional product content and coordinate efficiently with developers. Understanding of supplement regulatory basics for US and GCC markets is a plus. Deliverables: Complete product content for 20 products ready for Shopify upload. All branding assets organized and ready for the developer. Timely approvals of Figma design, product pages, and store setup. Optional: market research or product recommendation report (if included). Timeline & Budget: Timeline: aligned with Shopify development (approximately 10–12 working days). Budget: negotiable based on experience and deliverables.
