Scope of work • Theme selection or custom theme creation in Shopify that reflects a timeless, upscale aesthetic. • Full-width hero section on the home page, curated collection grids, and product pages with zoom-ready imagery, size guides, and an unobtrusive upsell area. • Cohesive styling across collection, cart, and checkout pages, plus About and Contact sections. • Polished navigation, searchable catalog, and clear, trust-building policy pages (shipping, returns, privacy). • Basic on-page SEO setup—meta titles, descriptions, and alt tags—so new collections can be indexed immediately. • Mobile responsiveness tested on iOS and Android. • Payment, shipping, and tax settings aligned with Shopify’s latest best practices. Acceptance criteria 1. Theme passes Shopify’s Performance Analyzer with a “Good” score or higher. 2. No layout breaks on Chrome, Safari, or Firefox at 1280 px, 768 px, and 375 px widths. 3. Five sample products and two collections uploaded to verify workflow and styling. 4. Store is handed over with a short Loom walk-through so the team can manage future updates confidently.
