Location: [Remote] Employment Type: Contract About the Role We are seeking a skilled Software Developer with strong WordPress expertise to build and optimize a comprehensive dashboard system for our platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in backend and frontend development, API integrations, and delivering user-friendly interfaces, while also being able to customize and extend WordPress functionality. Key Responsibilities - Superadmin Dashboard - Overview of calls: details, coaches, clients, duration, start/end time, status. - Notifications System - Trigger email + WhatsApp alerts (with AGORA link) when a client books a call. - Coach Interface - Dashboard showing past and upcoming calls. - Earnings summary. - Client Interface - Dashboard showing past and upcoming calls. - Post-Call Automation - Automated survey form sent to the client. - Pre-Call Reminders - Email + WhatsApp reminders sent 2 hours and 10 minutes before scheduled calls to both coach and client. - Additional Requirements - Implement search-engine optimization (SEO). - Migrate AGORA rooms out of the Astra template. - Customize and extend WordPress to support dashboard and integration needs. Desired Skills & Experience - Strong knowledge of WordPress development (themes, plugins, custom post types, hooks). - Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue). - Backend expertise in Node.js, PHP, or Python. - Experience with real-time communication APIs (AGORA or similar). - Familiarity with WhatsApp API / Twilio / email automation tools. - Understanding of SEO best practices. - Ability to design intuitive dashboards and manage data flow efficiently.
