I am looking for an experienced Server / Automation / Odoo Expert who can fully set up my Zap-Hosting server and configure my complete ordering system (Kiosks → Kitchen Screen → Pickup Screen → Payments → POS → Webshop → QR Orders). I will send all images, graphics and texts. You only need to implement everything correctly. ⸻ 1. SERVER & SOFTWARE SETUP • Install and fully configure n8n (free version) • Install and fully configure Odoo 19 Community • Fix the server timeout / connection drop issue – the server must stay online and reachable at all times ⸻ 2. KIOSKS / POS / KITCHEN SCREEN / PICKUP SCREEN • Setup of 2 Self-Order Kiosks (with Stripe payments enabled) • Full Odoo POS configuration • All orders (from Kiosks, POS, Webshop, QR Orders) must automatically: 1. Appear on the Kitchen Display 2. Move to the Pickup Screen / TV with correct statuses: • “Preparing” • “Ready for Pickup” ⸻ 3. PAYMENTS (STRIPE ONLY) Activate only instant payment methods: • Apple Pay • Google Pay • Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) • SEPA Direct / SEPA Instant • Any Stripe method that is instantly confirmed Disable the following (important): • Klarna • Sofort • Pay Later / BNPL • Invoice / Pay on Account The customer must only see instant payment methods that work immediately. ⸻ 4. E-COMMERCE & QR ORDERING • Set up the Odoo eCommerce Webshop • Enable QR Code Ordering • Customer orders via phone → goes to Kitchen Screen → then to Pickup Screen • All order channels must follow the same workflow ⸻ 5. TIME TRACKING • Connect employee time tracking (Clock-In / Clock-Out) inside Odoo ⸻ 6. REQUIREMENTS / CONDITIONS • Fixed price only • No payment before full completion • Mandatory test run before payment: • Kiosk Order → Kitchen Screen → Pickup Screen → Stripe Payment → POS integration • System must be fully working end-to-end
