Scope This annex applies to the SEO optimization of: • www.porta-elegance.com • www.porta-alu.com • www.alu-fence.com The Contractor commits to perform a minimum of four (4) effective working hours per week. 2. Mandatory Time Tracking The Contractor must use a professional time-tracking system (Hubstaff, TimeDoctor, Clockify or equivalent) including: • Automatic screenshots (min. 1 every 5 minutes) • Visible activity percentage • Start and end time per task • Task description Weekly deliverables: • PDF time report • ZIP file with screenshots • Task overview per website Failure to provide full tracking renders the week non-billable. 3. Weekly SEO Report (Mandatory Structure) Delivered every Monday before 12:00. A. On-Page Optimization • URL • Target keyword • Search volume • Before & after screenshots • Updated title tag, meta description, headings • Word count added B. Technical SEO • Crawl report • Fixed errors • PageSpeed results • Core Web Vitals C. Keyword Ranking Report Minimum 20 keywords per website: | Keyword | Previous Position | Current Position | Change | D. Backlinks (if applicable) • URL • DR/DA • Link type • Screenshot proof 4. Monthly KPI Evaluation Monthly reporting of: • Organic traffic • Impressions • CTR • Ranking improvements • Indexed pages 5. Payment Terms Payment is due only upon: • Proof of 4 effective working hours • Complete weekly SEO report • Approval by the Client Incomplete reporting allows suspension of payment. 6. Prohibited Practices The Contractor shall not: • Use black-hat SEO techniques • Create spam backlinks or PBNs • Publish AI content without disclosure • Use unauthorized third-party tools 7. Governing Law This agreement shall be governed by Bel Contract for 1 year, price differ by hour!!!
