We are looking for an experienced Odoo + DevOps Engineer who can help us finalize and stabilize our deployment pipeline across GitHub, DigitalOcean, and Docker. Our environment was previously hosted on Odoo.sh, but we have migrated to DigitalOcean, which requires rebuilding the entire CI/CD process manually. We need someone who deeply understands Odoo structure (custom modules, add-ons path, enterprise/community differences), Dockerized Odoo deployments, and GitHub Actions workflow automation. This role requires hands-on debugging, CI/CD setup, server configuration, and clear documentation so our internal team can maintain the workflow going forward. Build/repair a complete CI/CD pipeline using GitHub Actions → DigitalOcean (Docker) Configure deployment automation for both staging and production Set up SSH keys, deployment users, secrets, and repo integration Diagnose and fix module path issues, add-ons mounting, permission problems, and Odoo startup errors Validate Docker compose structure, volume mounts, environment variables, and container restart logic Ensure Odoo (16/19) is deployed correctly and boots without errors after each push Document the entire process clearly (no hidden knowledge, fully reproducible setup) Odoo 16 / Odoo 19 (custom module structure, enterprise installation, add-ons path) Docker & Docker Compose GitHub Actions (CI/CD) DigitalOcean (Droplets, SSH, deployments) Linux server administration (permissions, Nginx, SSH, system logs) Understanding of Odoo.sh → On-prem migration issues Strong debugging & troubleshooting skills
