I’m refining a set of architectural blueprints and have now reached the schematic design phase. What I still need are clear, construction-ready elevations that align with the floor plan already in progress. You’ll take my existing concept files (typically DWG or RVT) and produce front, rear, and side elevations that convey massing, openings, key materials, roof pitches, and critical dimensions. The drawings must be tidy enough for client presentation yet detailed enough for a smooth hand-off into construction documents. Preferred workflow is AutoCAD, Revit, or a compatible BIM platform—whatever allows you to keep layers, line-weights, and scale intact. I’ll provide the base plan, design intent notes, and reference images; you return: • One coordinated set of elevation sheets in DWG and PDF • Title block and view labels matching my template • A brief summary of any design assumptions or clashes you spot Accuracy to real-world dimensions is essential, but I’m open to suggestions on façade articulation if something reads better architecturally. Once delivered, I’ll review and request any minor tweaks before sign-off.
