What We Need We are looking for an experienced Shopify developer to build or integrate the following: 1. Simple POS / In-Store Order Interface — A lightweight browser-based order creation tool that works on Windows desktop at the experience center. Orders created here must automatically be tagged to that location. No iPad or tablet-based solution will be accepted. Must be scalable as more experience center locations are added in the future. 2. Order Location Tracking — Every order regardless of source (experience center, online, or phone) must be tagged to the location or channel it came from. All orders are fulfilled from the warehouse only. 3. Inventory & Costing — Add custom fields to products for cost price and landed cost price (sold price already exists in Shopify) to enable profit tracking per product and per order. 4. Bin Locations — Warehouse inventory tracking using bin locations so staff can easily locate products when picking orders. 5. Warehouse Fulfillment Workflow — A simple interface for warehouse staff to view orders that need to be picked, packed, and labeled. Staff must be able to mark orders as packed once complete. 6. Order Dates — Ability to assign an order due date and estimated delivery timeframe to each order, visible to both staff and warehouse team. 7. Deposit Payments — Ability to collect a 30% deposit at order creation both in-store and online, with the balance collected closer to delivery.
