I am building a scalable digital operations platform that enables individuals (primarily job seekers in the US) to outsource repetitive, time-intensive tasks such as job applications and structured data entry to a distributed workforce. The core idea is to create a managed marketplace where tasks are standardized, tracked, quality-controlled, and fulfilled efficiently through human operators. The platform should ensure transparency, reliability, and turnaround time guarantees, while maintaining strong control over quality and worker performance. From a product standpoint, this will function as a two-sided workflow-driven system with three primary roles: clients, workers, and administrators. Clients should be able to onboard, purchase credits or pay for services, submit structured tasks (including forms and file uploads), and track progress in real time. Workers should have access to a task dashboard where they can view, accept, execute, and submit tasks, along with visibility into their performance and earnings. Administrators should have full control over the system, including task assignment/reassignment, quality assurance workflows, dispute resolution, pricing configuration, user management, and analytics. The system must include a robust task lifecycle engine (e.g., unassigned → in progress → submitted → under review → completed/rejected), role-based access control, secure authentication (JWT and/or OAuth), payment and credit management, file handling, and notification systems. The architecture should be designed for scalability and reliability, with clean separation between frontend, backend, and data layers. I am looking for a full-stack developer (or small team) to build this end-to-end product. Responsibilities include: * Translating business requirements into a scalable system design and architecture * Building a modern, responsive frontend (preferably React or Next.js) * Developing backend services and APIs (Node.js or Java preferred) * Designing and implementing the database schema (PostgreSQL or equivalent) * Implementing task workflow logic, role-based dashboards, and admin controls * Integrating payment systems (e.g., Stripe or similar) * Setting up cloud infrastructure and deployment (AWS, GCP, or equivalent) * Ensuring security best practices and performance optimization Nice-to-have experience includes building marketplace platforms, SaaS products, workflow/task management systems, or gig economy applications.
