I have a working proof-of-concept that digests recorded phone calls, pulls out key performance indicators, and displays them in a simple dashboard. The concept is sound, but the current build is fragile and won’t scale as new clients come on board, so I’m looking for a production-ready rebuild. Core functionality • Ingest audio files that are recorded elsewhere (no need to handle the recording itself). • Transcribe and analyse each call, surface the agreed KPIs, then push the results to a web-based dashboard. • Design the dashboard around my existing mock-ups: brand colours must be applied I want to decide on final KPI's that should be featured. • Allow for future expansion to additional channels—emails, customer reviews and chat logs are next on my roadmap—without a full re-architecture later. KPI flexibility I haven’t finalised whether everything should be fixed or partly customisable per client; the decision will depend on the development effort and cost. I’d like the codebase structured so either route is feasible without major refactoring. Scalability & data isolation Multi-tenant, secure storage is essential. Each customer’s raw data and analytics must remain strictly separated, and spinning up a new tenant should be nearly turnkey—ideally something I could handle without developer intervention. I am also curious on the servers we can use for the data. (eg. amazon cloud services, if you have a better idea, please specify) What I already have • Sample data sets (audio and transcripts) • A list of target KPIs and the calculations behind them • Wireframes showing the exact visual style, colours and logo placement What I need from you 1. A robust ingestion and analytics pipeline (speech-to-text, NLP, KPI extraction). 2. A responsive dashboard that matches the provided visuals and updates in near real-time. 3. A deployment plan that covers secure, scalable hosting and straightforward client onboarding. 4. Clear documentation so I can maintain or extend the platform, including the eventual email/review/chat modules. If this fits your wheelhouse—speech analytics, NLP/LLM pipelines, React or similar front-end work, and cloud-based multi-tenant architecture—let’s discuss timelines and the best way to structure the KPI customisation. The platform must be completely in the Dutch langague. Eventually maybe we would like to expand, but don't put too much effort in it for now.
