We are looking for a development partner to build a Sales Map Portal that makes it easier for salespeople and appointment setters to record client visits and follow-up actions. Below is a description of the system and the main features we would like to see in the first version. ⸻ Purpose The portal combines a map-based interface with customer visit reporting. Salespeople can log visits, mark customer locations on the map, record what was offered (alarm, camera, access control, fire), and what the customer already has. All information is stored in a database so that management can see a clear overview of visits, offers, and next steps. ⸻ How it works • Users log in with credentials and access a satellite map of Finland. • A customer’s location can be marked by clicking on a building or dropping a pin. • After a visit, the salesperson fills one simple form: visit type, services offered, existing systems, and notes. • Intelligent assistant included in the first version: the salesperson can dictate their notes by voice. The assistant cleans up, shortens, and formats the text automatically before saving it to the customer record. • Follow-up actions (such as “send quote,” “design,” “demo,” or “contract”) can be assigned with deadlines. • Management can view reports and heatmaps, for example how many visits were made in a week, how many quotes were offered, and the win rate. • The portal is easy to use on both desktop and mobile, with quick entry for field work. ⸻ Core features (first version) 1. Login with different user roles (salesperson, appointment setter, manager, partner). 2. Satellite map with the ability to mark and save customer locations. 3. Company information storage (name, address, business ID if available). 4. Visit logging with services offered and existing customer systems. 5. Intelligent assistant for voice-to-text note cleaning and summarizing. 6. Follow-up actions with deadlines. 7. Basic reports: heatmap of visits, simple KPI cards (visits per week, quotes, win rate). 8.
