Project Overview We have an existing Figma prototype(ask for it in chat will share then) for our SaaS web application. The foundation is already in place, but we need to revamp certain screens and add new pages & pop-ups to support additional functionality. The application revolves around campaign management, rule automation, and analytics for ad optimization. We are looking for a skilled UI/UX freelancer who can refine our current design, create new flows, and ensure the user experience is intuitive, professional, and scalable.(Pay is 1,500 rupees non-negotiable) Scope of Work Revamp Existing Pages Account Dashboard – Needs revamping for better data visualization, user profile info, connected accounts, and quick links. New Pages to Design: Login Page – Clean, modern login/sign-up flow with error handling states. Campaign Dashboard Ability to select modules (e.g., Bid Optimization, Negative Expansion System, etc.). Campaign list : Analytics overview at the top (KPIs, charts). Strategy List Page: Displays created strategies with details: Strategy Name, Last Modified Date, Applied Actions, Status. Option to edit, pause, delete, or apply rules globally across accounts. Pop-ups to Design: Date Selector Pop-up: For selecting date ranges in campaign/analytics view. Automation Scheduling Pop-up: Allows users to define when rules should run (intervals, frequency). View Suggestions Pop-up: Shows recommendations from the account manager. Option to apply suggestions directly to campaigns. Deliverables Updated Figma prototype with: New Login Page Revamp Account Dashboard. New Campaign Dashboard with analytics, filtering, and sorting flows. Strategy List Page with editable rules. Pop-ups: Date Selector, Automation Scheduling, View Suggestions. Design should follow: Clean SaaS-style UI (modern, minimal, data-focused). Consistency with existing prototype design language. Responsive mindset (desktop first, mobile-friendly considerations). Clear UX flow for first-time and advanced users. Requirements: Proven experience designing SaaS dashboards & workflow-heavy applications. Strong Figma skills (components, auto-layout, prototyping). Understanding of data-heavy UX (sorting, filtering, analytics). Ability to refine existing designs and propose improvements. Good communication for iteration & feedback.
