I already have: • A detailed SRS • Key screen designs in Figma • Clear functional and non-functional requirements I am looking for an experienced developer to implement the product based strictly on these materials. High-Level Scope (MVP) • User authentication (email + OTP) • Subscription plans with free trial (Payment gateway) and promo codes • Project creation & management • Flexible payment schedules • Exit strategies: Resale; Hold-to-lease (recurring inflows + end value) • IRR (XIRR) calculation and comparison dashboard • Admin panel • Email notifications only (no in-app notifications) Tech Stack (Preferred, open to alternatives) • Frontend: React (Next.js) • Backend: Node.js • Database: PostgreSQL • Payments: TBD (subscriptions + webhooks) Equivalent alternatives may be proposed with justification.
