I have a vetted list of suppliers ready to go and need a reliable assistant who can take charge of the “send” phase of my RFQ process. Your core responsibility will be to issue each Request for Quotation to the correct contact, make sure all supporting documents are attached, and record every dispatch in my tracking sheet so I always know who has the RFQ, when it was sent, and the expected response date. To succeed you should be comfortable with: • Working from my existing supplier spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets). • Using my email template or a shared mailbox to send the RFQs. • Tagging each sent RFQ with a unique reference number so follow-up is simple. • Updating the status column as soon as a response arrives or a reminder is issued. I’ll provide the RFQ packages, the contact list, and the template. You bring accuracy, consistency, and good written communication.
