I have a new project for a retail service platform. I need both a website and a mobile application. On the homepage, there should be general information about the system and two different login options: Employers Workers During the registration process for workers, certain documents will be required. Therefore, there must be an option to upload PDF or image files. When employers log into the system, they should be able to click on a “Create Job” button and enter the details of the job they want to post. Employers must purchase a package/subscription in order to create jobs. Users who have not purchased a package should not be able to create any jobs. When a job is created by an employer, I want a push notification to be sent to the workers via the mobile application. Workers should be able to view the job details and choose to Accept or Reject the job. If they accept the job, a contract agreement must appear. This contract will state that videos recorded during the work process can be used for promotional purposes, and it must include terms regarding copyright and personal data protection (GDPR/KVKK compliance). When the worker clicks “Accept,” they will also be considered to have accepted the contract. After completing the job, workers must be able to upload videos and photos related to that specific job. If they are unable or unwilling to complete the job, they must provide a mandatory explanation in a required input field. Additionally, each job should have a predefined deadline set by the system, and a countdown timer should start for the worker once the job is accepted.
