The essential piece is a rock-solid payment workflow focused exclusively on Cash on Delivery (COD); no cards or digital wallets are required at this stage. What I need built • Customer-facing ordering interface that lists partner restaurants, menus, and prices. • A checkout flow where COD is the single payment option and orders hit the kitchen in real time. • Simple admin view for the restaurant and driver to update an order’s status—accepted, prepared, out for delivery, paid. • Basic reporting so we can reconcile daily COD totals and outstanding balances.
