I have a high-resolution laser scan of an existing residential property and need it converted into a clean, well-structured BIM file for as-built documentation. The required level of detail is LOD 200, so the geometry should be accurate enough to reflect walls, floors, roofs, doors, windows, and major MEP fixtures with basic property data—no fabrication-level elements are needed. You will receive the registered point-cloud (E57 and RCP formats) together with reference photos. Please build the model natively in Archicad and export the BIMX report, including plans, elevations, sections, and cost estimates. A chapter included categorized elements that by clicking on them, the total area is mentioned and linked to the same elements in 3D model; compatibility with the current Archicad release is essential so I can run clash checks and generate sheets later. Keep work-sets and families logically organised, use consistent naming, and maintain the original scan coordinate system. Deliverables: • Archicad model at LOD 200 • The model includes a linked, unclipped point-cloud file. • One BIMX report with the measurement used for cost estimation • A brief PDF explaining model structure, levels, and any assumptions made I will review the submitted files for element completeness, alignment to the point-cloud, and adherence to LOD 200 standards before final approval.
