Key points – Purpose is residential construction, so the drawings must read clearly for planning officers. – Follow the proportions, window/door placements, and roof line shown in the sketch; minor graphic refinements are fine, but no design changes. – Keep line weights, hatching and labels tidy and consistent with standard planning-submission conventions. – Supply a print-ready PDF plus the editable source file (DWG, DXF, or other common CAD format). Once these drawings are approved, there may be additional work (rear elevation, sections, full construction set), but for now I only need the items listed above delivered within the agreed timeline.
