I need architectural visualization, so the 3D work must sell the concept to investors and local authorities, while the 2D plot plan must guide engineers and contractors. Scope of work • Build a detailed 3D model of the entire site, complete with terrain, house footprints and any community amenities we discuss. • Produce a coordinated 2D layout that shows the road network, generous green spaces and a well-thought-out utilities layout (water, power and drainage runs). Deliverables 1. High-resolution still renders and, if possible, a short camera fly-through in a format ready for presentation. 2. Scaled site plan (DWG or equivalent CAD file) plus a PDF version that clearly labels every road, park and utility corridor. 3. All native 3D files (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, or whichever tool you prefer) so my local team can pick up where you leave off.
