I’m looking for a clean, navigable 3D model that lets me see a whole residential building at once. The goal is complete building visualization, but with only the basic shapes and layout blocked in for now—think accurate masses of walls, floors, roof, window and door openings, and circulation paths, without detailed textures, furniture, or lighting. The file needs to include both exterior and interior volumes in one coherent model so I can spin it around, section it, and quickly test design ideas. Please organise geometry in sensible groups or layers and keep the poly-count light for smooth real-time orbiting. Native SketchUp or Revit works best for me, though I’m fine with a clean OBJ or FBX export if the hierarchy comes through intact. Deliverables: • Complete 3D file of the residential building, showing all primary volumes • A couple of viewport screenshots—or a short screen-capture fly-through—confirming scale and alignment I’ll provide floor plans and any extra references you need as soon as we start.
