I’m seeking a proactive, detail-oriented consultant to research, shortlist, and apply on my behalf to fully-funded PhD programs in international universities (priority countries: USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Germany, Italy — other EU/Intl options welcome). The freelancer will manage the process end-to-end until I receive an official offer (email or call). Scope: Identify and shortlist 10–20 high-fit universities/programs offering fully-funded PhD opportunities (research + teaching assistantships, scholarships, or full funding). Review program fit and likelihood of admission; include funding type and duration. Prepare & tailor application materials for each target (CV, Statement of Purpose, research proposal, cover emails). Submit applications (or guide me through portal submissions if required by policy) and track application statuses. Maintain a shared tracker (Google Sheet) with deadlines, submission status, and communication logs. Must-have skills & experience: Proven record placing applicants into fully-funded PhD positions (share 1–2 success stories or references). Familiarity with graduate admissions processes across USA/Canada/UK/Australia/Germany/Italy.
