I need a web-based application that lets my field technicians pull up the exact repair documentation they need, then hands that same data off seamlessly to companion apps on both iOS and Android. The workflow is simple: a tech logs in from any browser, searches or scans for an asset, and the site serves manuals, schematics, and service bulletins. When they switch to the mobile app, the information must remain in sync in real time.
