You will connect through my existing remote-desktop and ticketing platforms (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, Freshdesk) and keep a concise log of every step so I can audit what was done and re-apply solutions internally. Key deliverables • First-response within one business hour after a ticket is assigned • Step-by-step remediation notes and terminal/PowerShell commands used • A brief post-resolution summary that I can share with end users in plain language Acceptance criteria • Issue fully resolved and verified by the user • No regression during a 48-hour observation window • Documentation uploaded to the shared knowledge base before ticket closure If you already script in Bash, PowerShell, or Python to automate repetitive fixes, that will streamline the workflow, but manual methods are fine so long as they remain reproducible.
