Project Title: Remote Operations Manager – Mobile App Engagement & Device Farm (Pi 5) Project Description: I am seeking a detail-oriented Remote Operations Manager to oversee a 50-device Android farm (Raspberry Pi 5 / 8GB RAM). The primary goal is to manage high-quality app engagement and maintain account health across multiple user profiles. Your Responsibilities: • Multi-Account Coordination: Manage a rotation of 6 unique user profiles per device (300 total profiles). • Engagement Cycles: Execute staggered engagement tasks (including sentiment updates and feedback) following a strict 3–5 day cooling period to ensure organic behavior patterns. • Account "Warming": Perform daily "human-like" interactions on each profile—searching, scrolling, and app usage—to maintain high trust scores and prevent account flagging. • Technical Management: Use scrcpy or OpenSTF to monitor device status. Perform routine ADB maintenance, including clearing app data and rotating IP addresses (via Airplane Mode/Proxy) between profile swaps. • Pattern Randomization: Ensure no two devices perform the same action at the same time. You must manually or script-log all actions to maintain a non-linear activity history. Requirements: • Advanced knowledge of ADB (Android Debug Bridge) and Android system settings. • Experience with Mobile App Engagement metrics and anti-spam algorithms. • Ability to work via Tailscale/VPN for remote hardware access. • High level of organization to track 300+ account schedules.
