The internship sits squarely within my recruitment team and is designed to give a hands-on introduction to the entire hiring pipeline while supporting our day-to-day talent needs. No prior experience is required; curiosity, professionalism, and a willingness to learn are what matter most. During the placement you will: • Screen incoming résumés in our ATS and flag high-potential profiles • Sit in on—and eventually co-lead—first-round interviews, taking structured notes for the hiring panel • Coordinate with hiring managers to confirm role requirements, schedule interviews, and keep everyone updated on candidate status Direct mentoring is part of the program, so expect regular feedback, coaching on interview techniques, and tips for optimizing Boolean searches and résumé reviews. By the end of the internship you should feel comfortable managing basic requisitions independently and presenting shortlists to stakeholders. A short weekly recap outlining the number of résumés reviewed, interviews conducted, and scheduling milestones hit will serve as our primary deliverable and progress check.
