This project centres on sourcing and securing several mid-level, U.S-based developers for my growing tech team. I specifically marked “HR manangement” when asked about developer type because I need someone who approaches the search with a solid HR perspective rather than focusing on a single tech stack. The core service required is recruitment and hiring—from building a candidate pipeline through to signed offer letters. You’ll handle outreach, screening, interview scheduling, reference checks and basic compensation conversations, then hand over finalists for my final approval. Deliverables • A shortlist of at least five screened, mid-level U.S. developers for each role we open • An accompanying summary for every candidate covering skills, salary expectations and availability • Calendar-locked interview slots for the candidates who pass my review Acceptance criteria A deliverable is complete when the agreed shortlist is in my inbox, the summaries are accurate, and interviews are booked within the target timeline we set together.
