I’m adding a new section to my home and need fresh, realistic visuals that capture both the exterior of the addition and the interior of the bedroom, bathroom and closets it will house. Need the exterior to be rendered with the same material shown on pictures. Floor plans attached. can provide AutoCAD file if needed. Deliverables • High-resolution exterior renders showing the new addition from at least two key viewpoints • High-resolution interior renders of the modern bedroom, ideally capturing multiple angles (wide view plus a close-up vignette or two) • Source files so my architect can adjust finishes or lighting later if necessary The images should be ready for presentation—good enough for both contractor discussions and family approval—so attention to realistic materials, accurate lighting, and proper scale is essential. If you work in tools like Revit, 3ds Max, Blender, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar, just let me know; I’m flexible as long as the final output looks true to life.
