I need a production-ready Power BI dashboard that surfaces roughly 35 operational KPIs drawn from a sizeable MySQL data store. Because the dashboard will guide day-to-day decisions on the shop floor, it has to refresh in (near) real time rather than on a daily or weekly schedule. Acceptance criteria – All 35 KPIs populate without manual intervention and update automatically within the refresh window we agree. – Visuals load in under five seconds for a typical end user. – No data integrity issues when cross-filtering between pages. – The Power BI App is accessible to my user group with the correct permissions.
