I want to bring a simple system into my sales workflow so I can tell at a glance which opportunities need immediate attention, which can wait, and which are on track. The assistant should cover three core activities—lead generation, customer follow-ups, and sales reporting—and automatically flag each record as red, amber or green based on rules we agree on together (for example, response time, deal stage, or forecast variance). The first release will target Healthcare and Retail leads as well as the niche fintech-insurance space, so the logic must allow industry-specific thresholds that I can tweak later without touching code. I’m happy for you to build in Python, JavaScript, or directly inside my existing CRM if you can access its API; just make sure the final product lets me: • View and filter all open items on a single dashboard • Drill down into any red or amber entry to see what triggered the status • Trigger automated email or CRM reminders for overdue follow-ups • Export weekly and monthly summaries to CSV or an online BI tool I’ll provide sample data and API keys. When you’re done, I’ll test with live records; if the colour status, alerts, and exports all behave as specified, we’re good to sign off.
