What I need—ideally within the next couple of hours—is a clean, uniformly offset version that is exactly 0.28" larger around every edge. This enlarged outline will serve as the guide for a plasma cutter later, so accuracy on the perimeter is critical. Please keep the model ¼" (6.35 mm) thick because I will be 3-printing the template first in ABS on my Bambu printer before we move on to metal. No other geometry changes are needed; just the precise offset and a properly extruded file.
