I’m working on a 3-bedroom, 1 800 sq-ft apartment and need a clean white massing model that matches the reference images I’ve attached. The focus right now is speed and accuracy rather than photorealism—I simply need a few crisp interior views of the living room, kitchen and dining room to share with my client. Scope • Build a single-file interior model that captures all walls, openings and major volumes in plain white. • Generate still images for the three spaces noted above; simple daylight-style lighting is fine. • Deliver everything within 3–4 days so I can review and, if needed, request minor tweaks before presentation. File Format I’m flexible on software: SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD or any mainstream 3D tool is acceptable as long as you can export an editable file along with high-resolution PNG/JPEG renders. Acceptance The project is complete once the model footprint matches the supplied plan, the three shots are rendered at presentation quality, and I receive both the native file and image exports.
