In practice, the task is to add one more identical unit, adjust the shared fire walls and MEP runs accordingly, and update the overall floor plan, elevations, roof, and structural schedules so everything reads as a single, code-compliant quadraplex. You will also drop the revised footprint onto my surveyed site plan (file supplied) and confirm setbacks, parking, and utility entry points. Local code references and engineering notes from the triplex build are included; use them as a baseline and flag anything that changes with the extra unit Deliverables due by Monday: • Updated architectural set in DWG and printable PDF (floor plans, elevations, sections, roof, schedules). • Revised site plan reflecting the four-unit layout. • A brief change log so my GC can trace what moved or resized.
