Focus: Research in psychology or health, contributing to workplace practices and enhancing well-being. Job Description: Engage in reading and providing feedback on draft commercial research reports that synthesize literature across a broad range of topics related to workplace psychology and health. Examples include the phenomenon where less competent individuals tend to overestimate their own abilities, or how circadian rhythm differences affect work performance. We will provide a complete initial draft of the Chinese report along with Chinese and English references (estimated 20-30 articles, but but this could fall outside this range). Specific Tasks: Literature Supplementation: Search for and supplement any potentially overlooked key literature (a quick task). Fact-Checking: Verify the accuracy of citations and references within the report against the original source materials. Professional Assessment: Provide feedback on the completeness, logical structure, and clarity of argumentation in the research synthesis. Offer suggestions for optimization regarding the report's comprehensiveness and clarity. Work scope & schedule: This role involves reading and reviewing existing research syntheses; it does not require statistical analysis or writing reports from scratch. Each report is approximately 20-35 pages long. The task must be completed within one month. Working hours are flexible and can be arranged according to your personal schedule. Candidate Requirements: Master's or PhD student in Psychology or Health Sciences. Excellent ability to study and synthesize academic materials logically. Strong interest in topics related to workplace behavior, organizational psychology, or health promotion. No prior business experience is necessary – guidance on commercial application will be provided. Ideally, based in mainland China, with very strong Chinese writing/reading and acceptable English reading.
