I’m building a web platform that replicates wonder.legal’s core idea but limits coverage to my province and specialises exclusively in contracts. The heart of the site must be an AI-powered workflow that can 1) guide a user through smart, plain-language questions, 2) pull the answers into the right legal clauses, and 3) output a ready-to-download document in PDF and Word. Scope of work • Develop the full website—from user registration and payment gateway to an admin dashboard—using a solid, scalable stack (Laravel, Django, Node or similar; I’m flexible on the exact tech if you can justify it). • Build or integrate an AI engine that handles both scenarios I need: offering pre-written, province-compliant templates and, when requested, drafting a fully custom contract from scratch. Fine-tuning GPT, using LangChain, or another proven approach is welcome as long as the end result is accurate and explainable. • Embed a clear versioning system so every generated contract is stored alongside the user’s inputs for future editing. • Make the interface bilingual-ready. French fluency is a distinct plus because most of my audience speaks both English and French. • Design must be clean, mobile-friendly, and fast; Tailwind, Bootstrap or your preferred frontend framework is acceptable. Deliverables 1. Production-ready web application deployed on my hosting or a recommended cloud solution 2. Source code in a private repository with clear README and setup scripts 3. Initial set of province-specific contract templates (at least five common agreements) 4. AI prompt/logic documentation so I can maintain and extend it later 5. One-hour walkthrough call and two weeks of post-launch bug fixing Acceptance criteria • A new user can answer guided questions and receive a correctly populated contract in under five minutes. • All contracts reflect current provincial law (I’ll supply reference clauses; you wire them in). • Both template-based and fully custom paths produce consistent formatting and clause numbering. • Front-end and back-end tests reach 90 % pass rate on CI. If you have prior experience building legal-doc generators—or speak French—let me know in your bid; it will weigh heavily in my decision.
