I run a statewide property-inspection firm and I’m ready to replace our patchwork of phone calls, emails and invoices with a single, streamlined website. The core of the build is a real-time booking system tied to a calendar so clients can instantly see which inspection slots are open, reserve one and receive confirmation without waiting on manual approval. At checkout they must be able to pay on the spot with credit or debit cards (a Stripe or similar gateway is fine) or PayPal, and the transaction needs to trigger an automated receipt and appointment reminder. After the inspection, I’ll upload a PDF report—ideally from an admin panel—and the customer should be able to log back in, view or download that report, and see their past orders. A clean, simple interface is important; most of my clients view on mobile first, so responsive design is non-negotiable. I also need: • An intuitive way for me to add or edit services, prices and blackout dates in the calendar. • Email/SMS notifications for new bookings, changes and report uploads. • Basic SEO setup so we’re discoverable across the state. • Secure hosting and SSL, with data stored in compliance with standard privacy practices. Acceptance criteria – Real-time calendar reflects availability accurately and prevents double booking. – Payments by credit/debit card and PayPal process successfully in sandbox and live mode. – Users can download their inspection report from a personal dashboard. – Site loads quickly and displays correctly on modern desktop and mobile browsers. Hand-off should include admin credentials, clear instructions for routine updates, and a brief walkthrough of the booking/payment workflow.
