DevOps / Backend Engineer — Full AWS + Hostinger Deployment for Healthcare IoT Platform --- ## Overview We are looking for an experienced DevOps or backend engineer to deploy a multi-service healthcare IoT platform onto AWS (ap-south-1 / Mumbai region) and Hostinger. All code is written and tested. This is a *pure deployment job* — no development or debugging of application logic is required. You will be setting up infrastructure, configuring environment variables, and getting all services running in production. A detailed step-by-step deployment guide and a full technical brief will be provided upon hiring. --- ## What You Will Deploy | # | Service | Tech Stack | Hosting | |---|---------|-----------|---------| | 1 | REST API + WebSocket Backend | Go (Golang) | AWS EC2 | | 2 | Blockchain Verification Service | Python / Flask / Web3 | AWS EC2 | | 3 | Fraud Detection Service (CSV Blob Checker) | Python / Flask / Pandas | AWS EC2 | | 4 | ECG Feature Extraction Pipeline | Python / SciPy | AWS EC2 (on-demand) | | 5 | Web Dashboard | React 18 / Vite / TailwindCSS | Hostinger | | 6 | Insurance Portal Frontend | React 19 / Vite 7 / TailwindCSS | Hostinger | All EC2 services run on a *single t3.small Ubuntu 22.04 instance* behind Nginx. --- ## Infrastructure You Will Set Up - *AWS RDS* — PostgreSQL 14 database (shared by all services) - *AWS S3* — Private bucket for CSV evidence file storage - *AWS EC2* — Ubuntu server, Nginx reverse proxy, systemd services, SSL via Let's Encrypt - *Polygon Amoy testnet* — Deploy a Solidity smart contract (LogAnchor.sol, already written) using Remix IDE and MetaMask (no Solidity experience required — it is a one-click deploy) - *Hostinger* — Upload two pre-built React apps via FTP --- ## Credentials / Access We Will Provide - AWS Console login (scoped IAM user — EC2, RDS, S3 access only) - AWS S3 access key and secret (for pasting into .env files) - SMTP credentials for OTP email sending - Hostinger FTP credentials for both frontend subdomains - Access to all private GitHub repositories --- ## What You Will Generate / Handle Yourself - RDS master password (you set it, you report it back) - JWT secret and API keys (generated with openssl rand -hex 32 on the EC2 server) - MetaMask wallet (new wallet, you create it, export private key, report back) - Infura account + Polygon Amoy RPC URL (free tier, takes 5 minutes to set up) --- ## Required Skills *Must have:* - Linux server administration (Ubuntu, systemd, Nginx) - AWS EC2, RDS, S3 — hands-on experience provisioning and configuring - Python virtual environments and Flask app deployment - Go binary compilation and deployment - SSL certificate setup with Let's Encrypt / Certbot - React/Vite production builds and static file deployment *Nice to have:* - Experience with Web3 / MetaMask / Remix IDE (for smart contract deployment) - Familiarity with PostgreSQL RDS setup - Experience with Hostinger or similar shared hosting FTP deployment --- ## What Is NOT Required - Writing any code or modifying application logic - Solidity or smart contract development knowledge (just a Remix IDE deploy) - Mobile app deployment - IoT device setup - Domain/DNS configuration (already handled on our end) --- ## Deliverables Upon completion you must provide: - All services running (systemctl status showing active for all three EC2 services) - Both frontend URLs loading correctly in a browser with no console errors - A report containing all generated secrets, keys, endpoints, and the EC2 .pem key file (sent securely via password manager — not email) --- ## Project Scope - *Type*: One-time deployment (not ongoing maintenance) - *Estimated hours*: 3–4 hours for an experienced engineer - *Region*: AWS ap-south-1 (Mumbai) - *Support after delivery*: 48-hour bug-fix window if any service fails to start due to configuration issues
