Our website is moving into its next release and the centrepiece is a loyalty program that genuinely earns repeat visits. My primary objective is exactly what the headline suggests—I need a Product Manager who can own the loyalty-program design from concept through launch. Here is the current landscape you will step into: • Audience: both existing and new customers, so the experience needs to feel instantly rewarding to long-time users yet enticing for first-timers. • Core feature set already approved: point-based rewards, tiered membership levels and a referral bonus mechanism. These three pillars form the non-negotiables; how we surface them in the UX, how we tune the earning curves and how we communicate value are the questions you will answer. Scope of work – Translate business objectives and customer research into a clear product strategy, roadmap and measurable success metrics. – Create detailed feature specifications, user flows and acceptance criteria for engineering and design. – Collaborate daily with UX/UI, engineering and marketing to iterate prototypes, run usability tests and refine the program before release. – Plan the rollout: migration path for existing users, onboarding sequence for newcomers, and data dashboards for internal stakeholders. I value lean discovery practices, data-driven decisions and crisp documentation (Figma, Miro, Jira/Confluence are in play here).
