We're gearing up for a new product launch and need an organized, proactive project manager to drive the entire renewable energy marketing campaign. This launch will live primarily on our website, so every task strategy, creative, development, content, QA, tracking, and post-launch optimization must line up perfectly around that hub. What we're looking for You'll take ownership of the plan from kickoff to post-launch review: map timelines, assign resources, track deliverables, and keep stakeholders aligned. Expect to work closely with designers, copywriters, developers, and our internal leadership team while using tools such as Asana (or your preferred equivalent) and Google Analytics for reporting. Key deliverables Comprehensive launch roadmap with milestones and owners Detailed website task matrix and website data processing and data storage (content, UX, SEO tags, tracking pixels, QA) Weekly progress reports and risk log Launch-day run-of-show and real-time coordination Two-week post-launch performance analysis with data-driven next steps Acceptance criteria The launch must go live on the committed date with all critical website elements functioning, tracking verified, and an initial conversion benchmark documented.
