Please ensure the connector is re-configured for Shopify or replaced with an equivalent solution so updates remain automatic. • Complete B2B setup (without Shopify Plus) – Sales in multiples of units are mandatory (6, 12, 18, etc.). – Customer-specific pricing is also required. – Any additional wholesale features you recommend are welcome as long as they stay within the standard Shopify plan. • Complete B2C setup – Add Google Pay (already planned) and Apple Pay payment gateways. – Allow checkout without prior registration; the purchase buttons must always be visible to guests. – Make sure the flow is intuitive on both desktop and mobile. • Multilingual content – Implement automatic translation of all pages, articles, and product descriptions into English using AI or an API so that updates from the ERP are translated on the fly. • Design & UX polish – Apply a clean, responsive theme that matches our current branding. – Tidy layouts, fonts, and imagery so the site feels premium. – Resolve any oddities that appear after migration. • Final testing – Verify every B2B rule, B2C payment, language toggle, and ERP sync. – Confirm speed improvements with PageSpeed Insights or a similar tool. Deliverables 1. Live Shopify store fully replacing the Prestashop site. 2. ERP connector working end-to-end. 3. Documented setup steps, theme customizations, and any custom code. 4. Short hand-off session (video or call) so my team can manage the store confidently.
