I’m rolling out a customer-facing application built on Microsoft Power Apps and connected Flows in Power Automate. The goal is to give our clients a smooth, self-service portal where they can log in securely, enter or update information through rich interactive forms, and see changes reflected instantly. Here’s what I need from you: • Configure secure user authentication that ties into Azure AD B2C (or an alternative you recommend) so external customers can sign up, sign in, and manage their profiles. • Build responsive, user-friendly screens with interactive forms that validate inputs on the fly and surface contextual help. • Implement real-time data updates—when a customer submits or edits a record, everyone with access should see the change without refreshing. • Orchestrate the necessary Power Automate flows for data processing, notifications, and error handling. • Package the solution for easy deployment to production and provide concise hand-off documentation. Acceptance criteria 1. A demo environment where I can create a test user and complete an end-to-end journey (sign-up → form submission → instant data refresh). 2. No security warnings from the Microsoft 365 security center scan. 3. Clear comments and naming conventions in both the app and flows. If you have prior examples of public-facing Power Apps with live data refresh, please mention them. I’m ready to start as soon as we agree on milestones and timelines.
