My proprietary PoS product needs an inventory-management module that handles day-to-day stock control without slowing down the sales flow. The build must allow staff to scan barcodes, trigger instant stock-level updates across every terminal, and maintain a searchable supplier catalogue with purchase-order tracking. You will receive the existing PoS source, database schema and UI mock-ups; your job is to wire in the inventory logic, expose the required APIs and return clean, well-documented code that drops straight into the current stack. A modern web, desktop or hybrid approach is fine—stability, performance and maintainability are the priorities.
