I’m finalizing a new vacuum forming mold plastic single-cavity Blister Mold Drawing pack and need a full-scale, production-ready 3D model of the mold (3D/2D CAD models (SOLIDWORKS, AutoCAD). I can give you the dimensions of the parts. You have to make a drawing that fits the lock in the machine so that we can do die cutting in aluminum material using a VMC machine. You’ll turn the rough sketches and product dimensions I supply into a detailed cavity layout with correct draft angles, radii, venting and parting lines, all ready for thermoforming or cold-form processes. Precision and manufacturability are critical; if you already design tooling for packaging you’ll know the drill. Final hand-off must be an editable 3D model file—STEP or IGES is ideal, but let me know what you work in. If sharing interim PDFs or screenshots helps us review, that’s fine, yet the deliverable remains the native 3D file.
