Scope of work • Design the following five screens from scratch: Login, Signup, Home/Dashboard, Add Patient, and Patient Report. • On the Home/Dashboard, weave in three key widgets: Latest patient activities, Upcoming appointments, and Quick access to patient records. They should surface at a glance without cluttering the page. What I expect • A cohesive style guide covering typography, colour palette (neutral tones), and iconography. • High-fidelity mock-ups or prototypes—Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch files are all fine, as long as layers remain editable. • Responsive considerations for both iOS and Android breakpoints. • Handoff assets sliced and named properly so my developer can plug them straight into code.
