I already have ten working web-to-PDF form templates in place; now I need fifteen more built on the same structure. Before we move forward I want to share my current code base with you in real time. We’ll jump on Zoom, I’ll hand you the zipped project, and you’ll drop the existing database into the correct folder, open index.php, and show me the forms rendering correctly. That quick demo proves you’re comfortable with the setup and lets us clear up any questions immediately. All new templates must keep the current look-and-feel, store data in the existing MySQL tables, and generate a polished PDF version of the submission. PHP libraries are mandatory for the PDF step—use the one you prefer (TCPDF, FPDF, mPDF, etc.) as long as the final file is accurate and self-contained. Once the demo is done we’ll proceed template-by-template, funding each one as it’s delivered. Completed work is accepted when: • The form loads inside our project with no console or PHP errors • Submitted data lands in the proper tables and pulls back on reload • The resulting PDF mirrors the on-screen form exactly and downloads automatically If you’re ready to run the Zoom test and start knocking out these fifteen templates right away, let’s talk today.
