Each line of text in the PDFs should appear in its own row with logical column breaks wherever headings, sub-headings, or obvious separators occur. Accuracy is critical—I expect the spreadsheet to match the source word-for-word, free of extra spaces or line breaks. You’re free to use Adobe Acrobat, OCR utilities, Python scripts, or any other extraction method you’re comfortable with, so long as the final file opens flawlessly in Microsoft Excel and requires no further cleanup on my end. Deliverable • One Excel workbook (or multiple sheets within a single file if that proves more practical) containing all text from the supplied PDFs, properly organized and ready for immediate use.
