I have a single page PDF made up entirely of text-based form. The form follows the same structure, and I need every field captured and transferred into a clean, well-organized Excel workbook. Please extract every form field exactly as it appears, normalize obvious typos only when they are clearly mistakes, and place each form on its own row with the field names as column headers. No data should be lost or merged across forms. Deliverables: • An .xlsx file containing all extracted records, ready for filtering and analysis. • A brief note outlining the tool or script you used (Python, Power Query, Acrobat batch export, etc.) so I can repeat the process if new PDFs arrive. Accuracy and consistency are critical; I will spot-check against the source PDF before releasing the final milestone.
