I run Digal Solutions and need an experienced HR professional to overhaul the way we pay and care for our people. Right now every payroll cycle is built on manual spreadsheets, which makes compliance checks, tax calculations, and last-minute corrections a constant headache. Your first priority will be to design a reliable payroll workflow that eliminates these risks and gives us clear, auditable records. While payroll is the main focus, I also want you to craft two supporting policy frameworks—Leave and Time-Off, plus Compensation and Benefits—so that the new system aligns with written guidelines employees can easily understand. To keep the engagement clear, I will consider the work complete when I receive: • A streamlined payroll process ready for monthly use, including templates or software configuration that replaces our spreadsheets. • Finalised Leave & Time-Off and Compensation & Benefits policies formatted for our employee handbook and signed off for legal compliance. • A short hand-over session (video or in person) so my admin team can run the first live cycle confidently.
